Deportivo Alavés defender Moussa Diarra is seeking a new team to relaunch his career due to a lack of playing time. It is reported that AS Saint-Étienne is one of several clubs interested in him. CD Leganés has also shown interest in the Malian international, who holds French nationality. FC Nantes is interested in a loan deal for the 25-year-old and has communicated its intention to sign him for the remainder of the 2025/26 season. Diarra joined Alavés in July 2024, and his contract is valid until June 2028. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €1.50m.
