ZTE FC officially announced that it has signed 18-year-old Moisés Richards. Richards had participated in summer preparations with the team in Slovenia and recently played for the U20 Panama national team at the age-group CONCACAF tournament, where he scored two goals in four matches. Following the tournament, Moisés Richards officially joins ZTE FC with a 3+1 year contract. In the last season, Richards played for Sporting San Miguelito in his hometown, appearing ten times in the first division and debuting in the CONCACAF Champions Cup.
