Al Ahly and European clubs pursued the Guinean winger Mohamed Toure, 20, but a transfer to the Egyptian side was not completed. The attacker will instead join Viktoria Plzeň in the Czech first division from Kuopion Palloseura, following a convincing financial and sporting offer from their management. An agreement was reached for a three-and-a-half-season contract that includes an option for an extension.
