Mohamed Awadalla Transfer from Al Ain to Lechia Gdańsk
Mohamed Awad Alla, a winger from Al-Ain, has joined Lechia Gdańsk. The Polish Football Association (PZPN) has not yet approved the registration of new players, including Awad Alla. He is currently in Gdańsk, waiting to join the team.
Mohamed Awad Alla transferred to Lechia Gdańsk on a one-year loan from Al-Ain. He became the first player from the United Arab Emirates in the history of the Polish top league. The loan was accepted under very favorable conditions. Awad Alla had scored five goals and provided an assist in the previous season of the UAE league.
Mohamed Awad Alla, a 22-year-old player currently with Al-Ain, is reportedly close to transferring to Europe to join Lechia Gdańsk. Reports from Maciej Słomiński indicate that the player has already arrived in Poland and is currently undergoing medical examinations. Once these are completed, he is anticipated to sign a contract with the Ekstraklasa club. The necessary paperwork has been submitted to the Polish Football Association for his registration. Awad Alla, who appeared in 13 matches during the 2024/2025 season for Al-Ain, scoring five goals and making one assist, is recognized for his ability to play both as a central attacker and on the wings. This transfer is part of Lechia Gdańsk's ongoing relations with the Emirati club, which included a training camp in the UAE earlier this year.
