Moataz Zemzemi, a 26-year-old Tunisian midfielder, has reached an agreement to play for the Bulgarian club CSKA 1948 Sofia. Zemzemi was a free agent after leaving Club Africain, where he made 26 league appearances and won the Tunisian championship in the 2025/26 season. It is reported that the Bulgarian club was convinced by his experience in the French and Tunisian leagues. The club aims to strengthen their midfield. The player has one cap for Tunisia and has previously played for RC Strasbourg, US Avranches, and Chamois Niortais. He has agreed to a two-season contract. A medical examination is scheduled for this Saturday. He will be officially announced as a new player in the hours following the validation of the tests, provided no last-minute issues arise.
