A Serbian website has reported that Rui Vitoria, the coach of Panathinaikos, has been in discussions with Milos Pantovic regarding the possibility of the player joining the club. It is said that the coach and the player have been in contact to talk about his potential role in the team and other related details. While no official offer has yet been presented to Bačka Topola, Pantovic's current club, it is understood that they are aware of Panathinaikos's interest. The Serbian club is reportedly asking for a transfer fee of 2 million euros for the 29-year-old Serbian forward, who is also on the radar of Sparta Prague. In the past, Bačka Topola turned down a 1.4 million euro bid from the Swedish club Hammarby, demonstrating their firm stance on the transfer price.
