In August, there was reportedly German interest in 22-year-old Dutch Centre-Back Milan Hokke. An unknown agent contacted Steven Gunn, the director of football at ADO, stating he had a club for Milan from the Bundesliga and asking what was wanted for him. Steven Gunn replied that Hokke is not for sale, unless an abnormal amount was offered. An abnormal amount was then asked. That agent came back with the message that the German club could not pay that. According to Mark Wotte, they do not know which club it was and they do not know that agent. Hokke's contract with ADO Den Haag runs until June 30, 2027, and his current Transfermarkt market value is €400k. Belgian club Union Saint-Gilloise has also been linked with the player.
