Tuttomercato reports that Juventus attempted a loan swap deal involving 29-year-old Italian goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio and Lazio's Christos Mandas. The proposal was rejected by Lazio's sporting director Fabiani because of the excessive disparity in the goalkeepers' salaries. Di Gregorio joined Juventus in July 2025, has a contract until 2029, and a current Transfermarkt market value of €10.00m. Several clubs, including Valencia and Olympique Marseille, have been linked with the player. Recent reports from August 2026 mentioned a potential loan-to-buy deal with Valencia that included a conditional €15 million fee. Juventus's asking price was also reported at €15 million earlier in the summer.
