Tottenham are closely monitoring Michael Kayode's development, according to La Stampa.

According to Team Talk, Tottenham have learned of Brentford’s valuation of Michael Kayode and could compete to sign him if they avoid relegation this season. Kayode is valued by Brentford at more than £60 million. No formal bids have been made.

According to Calciomercato.it, the valuation Brentford has for right back Michael Kayode, who is a target for both Newcastle and Tottenham Hotspur, is €30 million (£26.3 million, $35.3 million).

Michael Kayode, an Italian right-back for Brentford, is the subject of interest from multiple clubs, including Man City, because of his impressive form. The 21-year-old first joined Brentford on loan from Fiorentina, and the transfer became permanent in July 2025 for a fee of approximately €17-18 million. It is reported that Bayern Munich, Juventus, and Inter Milan are also observing him. It is understood that Man City are closely observing his development as they search for a new right-back for a possible summer transfer. Newcastle are also monitoring the player and had previously watched him during his period at Fiorentina. Additionally, Tottenham have a long-standing interest in Kayode, and the club's head coach, Thomas Frank, knows the player from his period as Brentford's manager at the time Kayode first came to England. Kayode has 8 caps for Italy U21, a contract with Brentford that lasts until June 2030, and has made 20 Premier League appearances this season. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €27 million. It was reported that in late 2024, before his transfer to Brentford, Liverpool was considering making a €25 million bid.
