Swiss left-back Michael Heule, 25, is moving from Swiss champions FC Thun to 1. FC Heidenheim, where he has signed a contract until 2030. The reported transfer fee of 3.2 million euros makes Heule one of the most expensive signings in Heidenheim's history. FCH chairman Holger Sanwald stated that Heule was noticed for his consistently strong performances at FC Thun during the previous season, where he was a very important part of their championship-winning team. Sanwald also mentioned that Heule's playing style fits the club perfectly, describing him as aggressive in duels, dynamic, and a player who frequently contributes to the offense with a good forward drive. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €2.50m.
