According to Pete O’Rourke, Burton has an interest in 25-year-old Radcliffe winger Michael Afuye, who is Irish and English. Burton is considering a move for the Radcliffe winger. Crawley made a bid for Afuye this summer which was rejected. Afuye joined Radcliffe in July 2025 and is contracted with the club until June 2027.
