Krasnodar has made an offer of $8 million (€7 million) for Maximiliano Gutierrez, a 22-year-old Chilean winger from Independiente. The Argentine club finds the bid unsatisfactory. The reason is that the post-tax amount of $6 million (€5 million) would be subject to further reductions from other deductions and percentage distributions. Independiente's goal is to obtain a net profit of at least $5 million (€4 million) for 50% of the player's rights. Negotiations are currently in progress. Krasnodar is preparing a second offer, which is expected to be closer to the financial demands of the Avellaneda-based club. Additionally, Independiente has a requirement to pay the Chilean club Huachipato $2 million (€1 million) in January 2027 to complete a prior transfer agreement for the player.
