Max Watson, a 30-year-old Swedish and English centre-back, will no longer play for Ruch Chorzów. Ruch Chorzów wanted to extend Watson's expiring contract, but the player did not accept the offer made to him. The club announced that Watson did not accept the new contract proposal and will not continue at Ruch Chorzów. It is not known where he will continue his career. Watson joined the club in February 2026, made 5 appearances in the Betclic 1 Liga, has been capped three times for Sweden at the U18 level, and has a current Transfermarkt valuation of €250k.
