Max Moerstedt Transfer from TSG Hoffenheim to VfB Stuttgart
VfB Stuttgart, looking to compensate for the departure of Nick Woltemade to Newcastle United, made an approach for TSG Hoffenheim's Max Moerstedt on Deadline Day. According to 'kicker', the Swabians made an offer of around €15 million for the 19-year-old, which Hoffenheim immediately rejected. Stuttgart's interest in Moerstedt came after a planned transfer for Hyeon-Gyu Oh fell through due to a failed medical. Hoffenheim has long-term plans for the home-grown talent and intends to extend his contract, which is set to expire in 2027, in the near future.
