Mauro Coppolaro Transfer from Salernitana to Arezzo
Mauro Coppolaro has transferred to Arezzo from Salernitana on a permanent basis. S.S. Arezzo announced that they have acquired the sporting rights of the defender from U.S. Salernitana 1919 and that he has signed a contract with Arezzo until June 30, 2027. U.S. Salernitana 1919 stated that they reached an agreement with Società Sportiva Arezzo for the permanent transfer of the player, who is moving to Tuscany.
An exchange of central defenders between Arezzo and Salernitana has been finalized. Italian Mauro Coppolaro, born in 1997, is moving to the Tuscan club, and Matteo Arena, born in 1999, is moving to Salernitana. Before the move, Coppolaro had played 14 games this season, while Arena had made six appearances for Arezzo. The official announcements are scheduled for January 2nd, the date the transfer market reopens. According to Amarantomagazine, both players have already received clearance from their former clubs and are training with their new teams ahead of the league's resumption for the second half of the season. Coppolaro has 16 caps for the Italy U20 national team and his current market value on Transfermarkt is €275k.
