Scouts from Borussia Dortmund and fellow top Bundesliga club RB Leipzig are preparing weekly reports on 20-year-old Ukrainian Dynamo center-forward Matvii Ponomarenko. This monitoring was previously routine, but the reports now increasingly recommend an urgent acquisition.
