The Prekmurje club Mura has confirmed the arrival of 31-year-old Slovenian defender Matija Boben, who joins on loan from Celje until the end of the current season. Boben had returned to Slovenia to sign for Celje before the start of the season but made only five appearances in the Prva Liga. The player spent the last ten years in England, Russia, Italy, and Romania. Boben has one cap for Slovenia, and his contract with Celje is set to expire on 30/06/2026. His current Transfermarkt market value is €300k.
