Toulouse and Djurgården are progressing in negotiations for the transfer of Matias Siltanen. The two clubs are discussing a deal for the 19-year-old Finnish youth international midfielder valued at around €6 million, including bonuses. It is reported that Siltanen has given his approval to continue his career in Ligue 1.
