Matías Nahuel Leiva has rejected NK Celje and is to join Jagiellonia Białystok, according to a post on X by Tomasz Włodarczyk.

Tomasz Włodarczyk confirmed that NK Celje is strongly engaged in trying to sign Matías Nahuel Leiva. According to Włodarczyk, the Slovenians have the financial means to offer more than Wisła and will also play in European competitions in the spring.

Tomasz Włodarczyk from Meczyki.pl reported that NK Celje, the current leader of the Slovenian top division, is interested in acquiring Matías Nahuel Leiva from Wisła Płock.

Slask Wroclaw is nearing an agreement for the return of 29-year-old Spanish-Argentinian winger Nahuel Leiva to Wroclaw. The parties have nearly reached an agreement on a half-year loan that includes a purchase option. This option, valued between 1 and 1.5 million euros, is conditional on a promotion that is considered unlikely. The player's salary is set and, while not a low amount, it will be significantly less than he earned in the Ekstraklasa. Slask will cover part of the salary, with Maccabi Haifa paying the remainder. Leiva joined Maccabi Haifa in September 2024 and has scored two goals in 10 Ligat ha'Al appearances this season. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €1.00m.
