Estrela da Amadora confirmed on a Tuesday the permanent transfer of Mathew Tegiri Gbomadu to Dinamo Tbilisi in Georgia. The departure of the 21-year-old Nigerian forward, whose contract with the Portuguese club was set to expire in June 2027, occurs a few months after he arrived in Portugal in February, and he leaves without having made his debut for the first team. Gbomadu had been one of six players not included in manager Pepa's pre-season training camp. In an official communication, Estrela da Amadora thanked the player for his commitment and professionalism and wished him success for the future.
