Matevž Dajčar has left Olimpija to join league rivals Mura on a loan deal until the end of the current season. The 24-year-old Slovenian goalkeeper's departure from Ljubljana is believed to be influenced by the limited opportunities available, with Matevž Vidovšek being the first-choice goalkeeper. Dajčar's move to Mura comes as their goalkeeper Adnan Golubović is sidelined with an injury. Upon his arrival at the Fazanerija stadium, Dajčar said he was happy for the opportunity, describing Mura as a big club with a rich tradition and an important role in Slovenian football. He expressed his desire to help the team achieve its goals and his excitement to play at Fazanerija, where he noted that the local people live for the sport. Dajčar joined Olimpija in July 2025 and his contract there runs until May 2028. His current Transfermarkt market value is €300k.
