Globo.com reports that Brusque has announced the loan of Matheus Pivô to AFS Vila das Aves of Portugal. Matheus Pivô will remain at the Portuguese first division club until June 2026, the end of the European season.

João Henriques confirmed that right-back Mateus Pivô is arriving from Brusque in Brazil, and that only the official announcement is pending.

The officialization of 28-year-old Mateus Pivô as a new player for Aves SAD is expected in the next few hours. The Brazilian right-back was chosen by the Aves SAD structure to replace Diogo Spencer, who moved to Alverca. Mateus Pivô arrives from Brusque, a club that plays in Serie C of Brazilian football. This will be Mateus Pivô's first experience outside Brazil. He joined Brusque in August 2024 and had a contract until December 2027.
