Panetolikos has reached an agreement with Burgos for the acquisition of 23-year-old Colombian-Spanish forward Mateo Mejia. Mateo Mejia is expected to travel to Greece for the necessary medical examinations and to sign his contract with Panetolikos. The agreement includes a loan with a purchase option. Mejia, who has two caps for the Colombia U20 team, has a contract with Burgos until June 30, 2028, and a current market value of €400k, according to Transfermarkt.
