Toulouse are monitoring Union Santa Fe left-back Mateo del Blanco, who is expected to cost around €3 million. Del Blanco, a 22-year-old Argentine who also holds Spanish citizenship, is also being tracked by French clubs Lyon and Strasbourg. Reports from Argentina in March had indicated that Chelsea were nearing an agreement for the player, with the intention of loaning him to sister club Strasbourg. More recently, Strasbourg's interest has been confirmed, but with no mention of Chelsea being involved. Del Blanco joined his current club in July 2023 and is under contract until the end of 2028. His current market value, according to Transfermarkt, is €4.50m.
