Jagiellonia Białystok are willing to sign former Celtic winger Maryan Shved, on the condition that he first terminates his contract with Shakhtar Donetsk. The club, which knocked Rangers out of the Europa League, is interested in signing experienced players and wants to acquire the 29-year-old Ukrainian on a free transfer with no additional fees. Shved appears to be out of favour at Shakhtar Donetsk, which he joined in September 2022, because the club has not registered him for league or cup competitions this season. The winger has two caps for Ukraine and a contract that is valid until June 2027. His market value is €800k, according to Transfermarkt. Karpaty have also been linked with the player.
