Marko Rakonjac leaving OFI?

According to Gazzetta.gr, OFI has announced that Marko Rakonjac has been loaned to Hapoel Jerusalem until the end of the current season, in an agreement that includes a purchase option for the Israeli team.

Marko Rakonjac is expected to soon leave OFI and is set to continue his career at Hapoel Jerusalem. The player will travel to Israel for the completion of the deal. It is not yet clear whether it will be a transfer or a loan with an option to buy.

Sport FM has reported that OFI has given Marko Rakonjac permission to negotiate his transfer to Hapoel Jerusalem. The player may be transferred permanently or on loan with a purchase option if he reaches an agreement with the Israeli club.

Marko Rakonjac, a 25-year-old Montenegrin international who plays for OFI, is in negotiations with Hapoel Jerusalem. According to the Israelis, the tall striker fits the playing profile of the Jerusalem team. They also mention that a financial fee will be required because Rakonjac has a contract with OFI until the summer of 2027. Rakonjac has one cap for his country. He joined the Greek club in August 2025 and has made 13 appearances in the Super League 1 this season without scoring. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €450k.
