Chelsea have shown interest in Braga's 22-year-old midfielder Mario Dorgeles, but Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly in a more advanced position to acquire the Ivory Coast international. The French champions are said to have paid a significant fee to Braga in a highly unconventional deal. The payment was not to sign the player, but to secure the first opportunity to buy him in the future, which surpassed interest from both Chelsea and Arsenal. Dorgeles has 4 caps for his country. He joined Braga in July 2025 and has a contract until 2030. His current market value is €10.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
