Raków Częstochowa has finalized an agreement for the transfer of Marin Petkov from Levski Sofia. The total cost of the transfer is nearly one million euros, to be paid in two installments, with the first installment of 500,000 euros due immediately. The agreement includes performance-based bonuses that could increase the total amount, and Levski will retain a percentage of any future transfer involving the Bulgarian player. Raków's sports advisor, Artur Płatek, personally attended a match to evaluate Petkov. An official announcement regarding the transfer is expected soon, as the clubs have completed their agreement, and Petkov's final match for Levski is anticipated to be the Europa League qualifier against Braga. The 21-year-old left-footed attacking midfielder, capable of playing as a winger, has a notable record at Levski, having scored nine goals and provided four assists last season, and a cumulative record of 30 goals and 12 assists in 169 appearances for the club. Despite Transfermarkt.de's valuation of him at three million euros, Raków successfully negotiated the transfer for a significantly lower fee.
