Marek Havran, a nineteen-year-old Czech youth international midfielder, will be on loan to Mladá Boleslav from Ostrava until the end of the season, as announced by both clubs on their websites. The loan agreement does not include an option for a permanent transfer. Michal Kordula, the sporting manager for Baník Ostrava, stated that Havran had not been featuring in the first-team squad this season and was playing for the club's second-division reserve team. Kordula explained that while they considered him playing for the B-team, they believe he possesses the quality for the top league and requires playing time at his age. For this reason, they chose a loan to Mladá Boleslav without a purchase option, with the expectation that Havran will return to Baník to compete for a place in the team. Havran has four caps for the Czechia U20 national team. His contract with his parent club, Baník Ostrava, is due to expire on 30/06/2029. His market value is listed as €850k by Transfermarkt.
