The club Sambenedettese has made a proposal to Italian central midfielder Marco Piccoli, 24, to extend his contract until 2028. The economic offer has not fully satisfied Marco Piccoli, but he remains willing to continue his experience at the club. Marco Piccoli had a meeting with sporting director Andrea Mussi before the match against Atalanta Under 23, but a definitive agreement was not reached. Discussions are expected to resume in the coming days with the aim of reaching an agreement. This information regarding the club's perspective and ongoing negotiations comes from Corriere Adriatico. Piccoli joined US Sambenedettese in December 2025 and has a current Transfermarkt market value of €200k.
