The player signed a one-year contract to help his new team in the upcoming Betclic 1 Liga season. In an official statement, Stal Mielec noted that Cebula's arrival increases the team's offensive options and strengthens competition in the midfield. The club also welcomed the player to Mielec, wishing him many successful appearances and victories. Cebula has six caps for the Poland U20 national team.
