The situation has recently gained momentum following a change in the player's agent, with Domènech now represented by Pini Zahavi, who has strong connections with Barcelona. Domènech is currently earning 33,000 € under a progressive contract, which could evolve into a professional first-team contract with a salary of 300,000 € by its third year. Reports suggest that if Barcelona intends to trigger his release clause, they must do so this summer for approximately 4 million euros.
