According to Spanish journalist Juan Jesus, Marc Bernal wants to convince Flick, and his playing time will be evaluated in June. With Pedri, Gavi, de Jong, and Rodri considered untouchables, Bernal is not the coach's first option. It is reported that if he is not satisfied with his role, a permanent transfer is highly likely, not just a loan. Barca does not want to sell him unless the player himself asks to leave.

According to Juan Jesus, several clubs are interested in Marc Bernal. Liverpool and Atletico de Madrid are following him closely, and Simeone and Iraola greatly admire his profile.

Atletico Madrid is observing the circumstances of Marc Bernal and is waiting for a potential change in Barcelona's position before moving forward.

Mundo Deportivo reports that Barcelona has received information that Diego Pablo Simeone is very interested in Marc Bernal. FC Barcelona does not contemplate the possibility of the player leaving the club this summer, considering him non-transferable. Hansi Flick also values Bernal highly. The player's contract includes a release clause of 500 million euros. While Marc Bernal's agent, Raúl Verdú, met with Atlético's sporting director Mateu Alemany in April, his entourage confirmed the meeting was not to discuss the player.
