Manuel Angel, a Spanish midfielder, has officially joined Fulham from Real Madrid in a permanent transfer, signing a contract with the London club until June 2029.

AS reports that Manuel Ángel's transfer to Fulham is complete, making the player a member of the London team. The deal was finalized on Tuesday, which was transfer deadline day. The player traveled to the English capital, where he had a medical examination before signing a contract with the Cottagers. The transfer is a deal where Real Madrid retains a portion of his rights, similar to arrangements the club has made for other academy players. The transfer fee was approximately four million euros. According to some sources, this amount was for 50% of his rights, while other sources state it was for 70%.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the transfer of Manuel Ángel to Fulham is imminent. The Real Madrid academy product is in London to undergo a medical and sign for the Premier League side, which is managed by Arbeloa. Fulham is set to sign the midfielder, who Almería also wanted. The deal would be for around five million euros for 70% of the player’s rights, with Real Madrid retaining 30% and a buy-back option. This is a common practice in the sale of their academy players.
