Al Wahda is one of several UAE Pro League clubs interested in Baniyas player Mahamadou Camara. Al Nasr and Shabab Al Ahli are also monitoring the 24-year-old Malian, while Al Wasl, which made a previous attempt to sign him last summer, has reportedly made him a priority target. The versatile defender, who can also play at left-back or in defensive midfield, has a contract with Baniyas until June 2027, and it is said that negotiations are underway for an extension. Additionally, some clubs abroad have approached his representative.
