Team Talk provides an update on the transfer situation surrounding Lukas Nmecha at Leeds United. Sources describe Lukas Nmecha's situation at the club as fluid. While Leeds United are pleased with his role in the squad, the management has not committed to offering him a new deal. Nmecha's contract expires at the end of the season. A mid-season sale of the player in the winter window is a possibility. Nmecha is eligible to sign a pre-contract agreement with an overseas club from January 1 and would have many offers if he were to enter free agency.

Championship side Wrexham has a strong interest in Leeds' 27-year-old German striker, Lukas Nmecha. It is also claimed that Wrexham are looking at Nmecha this week. Nmecha, who has been capped 7 times for Germany, joined Leeds in July 2025 and is under contract until June 2027. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €10.00m.
