Lukáš Haraslín Transfer from Sparta Praha to Slovan Bratislava
Lukáš Haraslín, a 29-year-old Slovak winger, was the subject of transfer interest from Slovan Bratislava but ultimately stayed at Sparta, where he inked a new long-term contract in the summer and was handed the captain's armband. During an appearance on the Slovak television show VAR on TA3, Haraslín verified that phone calls had occurred about the potential move and stated he did not conceal his interest because he found no reason to. He explained he lacked a complete understanding of the proceedings and did not know the reason the transfer failed to materialize. He reaffirmed that he has no regrets that the move did not happen, observing that both teams are participating in the Conference League. Haraslín added that because a number of people wanted him to sign for Slovan, he had wished the clubs might face each other in the competition. Transfermarkt currently places the player's market value at €7.50m.
