Torpedo Kutaisi has officially announced that 20-year-old defender Luka Latsabidze has moved to the club from Shakhtar Donetsk, following a one-season loan agreement between the clubs.

According to Rudy Galetti, 22-year-old Luka Latsabidze has officially joined Torpedo Kutaisi on a one-year loan from Shakhtar Donetsk, having just signed his contract.

Luka Latsabidze is expected to complete a transfer to Torpedo Kutaisi from Shakhtar. The 22-year-old Georgian centre-back, who spent the second half of the previous season on loan at Vejle BK where he did not make a first-team appearance, will now play in Georgian football. He has been capped six times for the Georgia U21 national team. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €500k.
