Vizela is close to securing Colombian right-back Luis Miguel Mina, as the 21-year-old is expected to travel to Portugal this Saturday to sign a three-season contract. This transfer activity follows Alfred Caicedo, an Ecuadorian right-back signed this summer, suffering an anterior cruciate ligament rupture in his right knee during his first official game. This injury will keep him out until the next year. Mina, who is a player for América de Cali, played in 13 matches during the first part of the season, which included six appearances in the Copa Sudamericana. He joined his current club from Alianza at the start of 2026.
