Goalkeeper Luis Marquinez, a 22-year-old Colombian with experience in Colombia's youth teams, is set to move from Atlético Nacional to Deportes Tolima. According to journalist Julián Capera, the clubs are finalizing the last details of a one-year loan that will include either a purchase option or a showcase percentage. Marquinez's departure is due to Atlético Nacional's decision to retain Kevin Cataño, David Ospina, and Harlen Castillo, which limited his first-team opportunities. At Tolima, he will compete with Neto Volpi for the starting position. Another Atlético Nacional player, Luis Miguel Landázuri, is also expected to join Tolima on loan as part of the negotiations. Marquinez joined Atlético Nacional in January 2022 and has a contract until the end of 2026. His current market value is €350k, according to Transfermarkt.
