Luigi Sepe Transfer from Salernitana to Pescara
According to Tuttomercato, the transfer of Luigi Sepe to Pescara faced obstacles due to financial limitations. Sepe, who is currently playing for Salernitana and has a contract valid until June 30, 2026, was offered to Pescara. However, the move was halted because his salary was too high for Pescara to manage. The goalkeeper from Salernitana, who receives an annual gross salary of two million euros, was turned down by Pescara, a Serie C club, as they could not afford such a significant wage. In an attempt to make the transfer possible, Salernitana considered adjusting Sepe's contract to distribute the salary over several seasons.
