Venezia is pursuing the signing of 30-year-old Uruguayan defensive midfielder Lucas Torreira from Galatasaray and has made a €6 million offer. Torreira joined the Turkish club from Arsenal in August 2022 for a €6.0 million fee, and his contract is valid until June 30, 2028. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €10.00m, while Fiorentina and Boca Juniors have also been linked with him.
