Second-division leaders Ústí nad Labem are seeking to strengthen their team. According to server inFotbal.cz, they are targeting 21-year-old Czech-Belgian youth international Lucas Kubr from Hradec Králové. Kubr has five caps for the Czechia U20 team and has not been given an opportunity with the Hradec Králové first team this season under coach David Horejš. He last played for the senior side in a playoff match against Sparta in May. Since then, his only appearance has been a single match for the reserve team in the third league. It is understood that he would not oppose a transfer. The same source states that both Kubr and another player of interest, Edmund Arko-Mensah from Finnish club IF Gnistan, can play in multiple positions on the left side. Kubr joined Hradec Králové in July 2025 and has a current market value on Transfermarkt of €175k.
