Rayados de Monterrey is seeking a new attacker and is interested in signing Luca Orellano, a 25-year-old Argentine winger who plays for FC Cincinnati in Major League Soccer. Rayados has offered an undisclosed amount for the player, who came to MLS from Vasco Da Gama. This is not the first time a Liga MX team has shown interest in the winger, as Cruz Azul attempted to sign him in the winter of 2024, but Orellano chose to renew his contract with the MLS club despite negotiations going well. Rayados continues to negotiate for Orellano, who could arrive for the Clausura 2026 tournament. The winger joined FC Cincinnati in January 2025 and his contract runs until December 2029; Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €4.50m.
