After spending a season on loan at Watford, Luca Kjerrumgaard has a decision to make about whether to continue his experience in England or return to Italy. According to the English press, no final decision has been made. Watford is considering continuing with Luca Kjerrumgaard and integrating him permanently into their technical project.

Although Luca Kjerrumgaard is contracted to Udinese, he is technically obliged to join Watford as part of the agreement from his transfer from OB in Denmark last summer. The relationship between the clubs allows for some flexibility, and his future, along with the futures of fellow Udinese players Saba Goglichidze and James Abankwah, is still under discussion while the squad is being formed.
