According to Sky Germany, Manchester City are among several clubs, including Man Utd, Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund, that have shown an interest in signing Tottenham's 18-year-old attacking midfielder Luca Williams Barnett. The interest in the teenager has reportedly been prompted by his limited game time. He has made only one first-team appearance since his senior debut last year. It is suggested, however, that Manchester City are unlikely to be an attractive option for the player due to their ongoing legal dispute with the Premier League.
