F.C. Pro Vercelli 1892 has completed the permanent signing of 20-year-old Dutch defender Luc Van Koeverden from FC Den Bosch, in a move that reflects the influence of the club's Dutch director Eric Hellemons, who arrived in April. Van Koeverden, who joined alongside teammate Zaid El Bakkali, has signed a contract with the Italian club valid until June 30, 2028. In its announcement, the club stated that the acquisition is in line with the strategy of both the club and Bridge Football Group to invest in young, motivated players and develop future talent. The club also expressed that Van Koeverden comes from an important formative context and that it believes Pro Vercelli is the right environment for his continued development. Van Koeverden joined FC Den Bosch in July 2025 and made 11 appearances in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie during the 2025/2026 season. His current market value is €125k, according to Transfermarkt.
