Louis Köster will leave Holstein Kiel temporarily to join the U21 team (second team) of VfL Bochum for more playing time. Holstein Kiel is loaning him for half a year to the Regionalliga team of VfL Bochum. Olaf Rebbe, Sport-Geschäftsführer at KSV Holstein, said that they decided to loan Köster to VfL Bochum's Regionalliga team until the end of the season to shape his path in the best possible way and to bring him continuously closer to their professional team. Köster stated that proximity to his home and the opportunity to get regular minutes in a strong Regionalliga were decisive factors.
