Corriere dello Sport reports that Livorno is the frontrunner to sign Lorenzo Tosto on loan until the end of the season, an arrangement that would offer him regular playing time.

Empoli is seeking to transfer players, and Lorenzo Tosto, an Italian central defender born in 2006, could leave for the next six months. La Nazione reports that the rumors concerning him are the most insistent among potential departures and that several Serie C clubs have targeted the player. In addition to Livorno, Inter Under 23 and Salernitana have reportedly shown interest. Tosto, who has been capped 7 times for the Italy U19 team, joined Empoli in September 2024 and has a contract until June 30, 2028. He has made one appearance in Serie B this season, and his current market value according to Transfermarkt is €1.20m.
