Lorenzo Aguado Transfer from Real Madrid II to Albacete
Marca has reported on the transfer of 22-year-old Spanish defender Lorenzo Aguado to Albacete from Real Madrid. Lorenzo Aguado, who has been a part of Real Madrid's youth system for many years, is moving to Albacete after fifteen years at the club's youth academy, La Fábrica. He fulfilled his dream by making his first-team debut in January during a Copa del Rey match against CD Minera, playing alongside Diego Aguado and Chema. Although Aguado received offers from Qatar, Real Madrid turned them down, showing their preference for him to join Albacete, where another former Madrid player, Jesús Vallejo, is also currently playing. In his farewell, Aguado conveyed his pride in holding the record as the youth player with the longest tenure at Real Madrid, and he departs the club with immense gratitude for the relationships and experiences he gained there. His contract with Real Madrid was due to expire on June 30, 2026, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €100k.
